What MetroGo is

MetroGo is a platform that connects customers with independent stores and independent riders and drivers in Minna, Niger State. Stores prepare and sell their own goods; riders and drivers provide deliveries and rides. MetroGo takes orders and payments, matches jobs, and provides tracking and support.

Medicines and restricted items

Prescription medicines are only supplied by licensed pharmacies against a valid prescription, which the pharmacy checks. Items that are illegal, dangerous or not allowed by law may not be ordered or sent as parcels. Riders may refuse a parcel they believe breaks this rule.

Behaving well

Treat stores, riders, drivers and support staff with respect. Abuse, threats, discrimination, fraud or misuse of in-app calls and chat can lead to your account being closed.

Our responsibility

We work to keep MetroGo available and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses we couldn't reasonably foresee, or for a store's goods or a driver's conduct beyond our part in arranging them. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act or other Nigerian law.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll tell you in the app before important changes take effect.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Talk to us first at [email protected]; most problems are solved quickly in the app.
